What confused me was that it says you should install the whole stack into the track?!
And what I don't quite understand is, if the required SC's in the track are the same as build time dependent SC's?

In theory this question is at least related to 'Material listing and exclusion: VB01/02 etc' but I think it's not a simple scenario handled by SAP standard. Would appreciate your thoughts. My situation is as per below.
We have a US-Domestic sales org / distributional channel 'US' combination
We have a International (means ex-US) sales org / distributional channel 'IN' combination
I have a list of materials but these materials cannot yet be generally sold - neither in the US and neither international.
However I do have a couple of customers in the US and Europe where I am allowed to ship the materials to (and must do for testing purposes).
Our usual method to block sale before full release is to:
1. Use a DChain status which blocks material for that sales org/distribution channel
2. And in addition block / exclude countries in VB01 - either all of them or at least those which should be blocks
3. It can also be of course that make it generally Dchain status saleable for the relevant sales org/distribution channel but only release certain countries from exclusion in VB02
The challenge is that for the US sales org / distributional channel we want to keep these materials generally Dchain blocked but we do want to allow 2 customers to override this general sorg/dch/country exclusion. And to make matters more difficult - the sold-to customer needs to remain generally blocked --- only the 2 specific ship-tos should be allowed get orders through.
It's similar for the international sales org / distributional channel. We want these materials to be generally blocked and also in general blocked for Germany but we want to allow orders from a couple of shiptos in Germany.

In Web Intelligence, I am using a line chart but facing a challenge that I have explained further.
In the chart I have used the dimensions/measures as the following elements:
Category axis:Cal. year/month
Value axis:Scrap
Value axis:Scrap Trend
Region color:Plant
By the above I am able to get
several Scrap line across Cal. year/month, each Scrap line representing different Plant. This works fine as required.
In addition,I am also able to get several Scrap Trend lines for each Plant across Cal. year/month.
But this needs to be displayed as a common Trend line and not separate Trend line divided with the context of Plants.
However, I am not able to achieve a single Scrap Trend line.
Is there a solution to this problem?

Buenos días Camilo, lo que tu estas haciendo es un brinco de versión, porque estas pasando de la 9.0 a la 9.1.
Te platico como hago este tipo de MIGRACION y UPGRADE.
1.- Respaldo mis BD productivas (Incluye common, b1if y las que tengas actualmente)
2.- Desinstalo el SAP totalmente
**En este punto tienes que considerar que si tienes carpetas creadas dentro de la carpeta de SAP las respaldes, así como la información que hayas generado dentro de esta carpeta si la vas a seguir usando.
3.- Una vez desisntalado todo, borras la carpeta SAP.
4.- Instalas la BASE de la version que vas a instalar en este caso 9.1 en la PL5.
5.- Una vez instalado, corro el UPGRADE de la PL al que voy a saltarme y migro mis BD.
6.- Si tenias carpetas creadas y respaldaste en paso 2, vuelve a regresarlas a la carpeta SAP.
Te repito este proceso nunca me a fallado.

I see, I would not have expected that Hana cannot write to its file system. I'm puzzled by your suggestion, though. What is the BC-NEO-PERS component and what is the HCP Persistence Service support? I've filed the ticket some time ago and although I've written a couple of times that I have no EXPORT permission, they still want me to export the data and send it to them. Puzzled by that, too.

Check out the SAP note : 1705161 - Parameter Array Fetch Size of universe connection changed to 1 after migrating by Import Wizard from previous version to BusinessOjbects Enterprise XI3.1
This is a known behavior when migrating a universe from BO XIR2 to BO 3.1
It was expected to get fixed in SAP BO 3.1 SP6
Did not get any relevant details regarding BI4.0 though.
It seems that manually modifying the parameter was the only way out here.

Dear All,
Problem solved. I should replace the new file in the Media of installation, and not in the \Central\AS directory.
Looking at the command of the log, I assumed I need to replace that file in C:\Program Files\sapinst_instdir\SOLMAN71\SYSTEM\DB6\CENTRAL\AS\db6_update_db.bat
Corrct place to replace - Installation_Media - "WINDOWS_AMD64"
sapinst copies the batch file to \Central\AS every time you "Retry"
This was the mistake

For example, i have GR of 900 qty, but my storage bin capacity is 300 only, so i expect system to propose 3 TO's based on storage bin capacity.
is it possible to achieve this without SUT activation?

Hi Moni,
It is for both inbound and outbound delivery. If your plant and storage location in Inbound or outbound delivery is WM managed, you can use LT03 to create TO. This can be automated through message type WMTA as well.
For Inbound delivery TO is used for put away.
For outbound delivery TO is used for picking.

Hi all;
I have performed a system copy of our SAP ECC 6.0 system. The system is using proxy connections to both ABAP and JAVA stack of SAP PI 7.30.
When I start transaction SPROXY I get the following screen: Enter Logo Data / Upload Protected Area
When I specify the correct PI client 001 with a valid user / password, the ESR data is read.
I tried to run report SPROX_CHECK_IFR_ADDRESS. It gives the same prompt. When I continue the system say: cannot determine repository version.
Any suggestion?

No, not possible.
SAP does not split on capacity, SAP splits based on the palletization in the TO (defaulting from WM2 view) and searches then for a suitable bin for each pallet.
