Please check the file size for the report.
Usually it takes time for huge reports ., i had similar huge report its export had 25MB and took 10 mins which is understandable because of the hefty file size.

Hi Anil,
I did not use any customer fields. I use the combiantion of country and state. I have multiple rules as a territory consist of a number of states.
In the rule builder application i defined one rule per territory includig a set of states.
In the job log i only see the message that the job ended after 2 seconds due to a time out. No futher details on the reason.
Where is the Rule Simulation Result presented?

HOLD button in ARQ Workflow
Hi Team
In MSMP ,i have not configured any HOLD action for approver.Please see below but then also i get option of HOLD under other Actions in the Access Request while approving the request.
I understand that HOLD option is for approver where he can HOLD the request if he needs to make any decision and later on he can release it.But can any one help me to understand what is the technical config behind it or how can i disable it or remove it from access request workflow.

I have a BADI for complex calculation at daily level data. I have both BPC 10 NW and BPC 10.1 unified.
I want to improve performance by reducing the BADI calculation time. Which system BPC 10 or 10.1 unified is better to run complex BADI for huge data?

Hi All,
Recently we developed a interface and deployed into PROD. We are using SFTP adapter to connect to the third party. (File to IDoc scenario) We have configured the alerts for this interface. and its working fine.
After two days its started throwing the below error at channel error and alerts are generating for every 10 minutes
"Exception received: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: connection is closed by foreign host",
SFTP sender channel details:
timeout: 60000
polling interval: 600 sec
I believe this error will be triggered when the PI system is trying to connect to the third party sever is not successful then these alert will triggered. Can anyone please tell me, how to overcome this error and reduce these alerts?

SAP said: there was an issue with table COVRES The table COVRES has roughly 35tsd
logtable entries.
Although source and target table are completly empty. The tables
belongs to ABAP Unit coverage analysis.
My assumption is that this table somehow was truncated which was not
recognized by the nZDM database triggers.
workaround: for this system I can apply a workaround, so that you can
continue your upgrade.
local solution: until we can provide a fix with the next SUM
patchlevel, you can exclude these tables by adding them to file
CRRTABLIST.LST
according to SUM guide Chapter 3.10.3 Using the Record & Replay
Technique in nZDM Paragraph: Including or Excluding Tables from the
Data Transfer
SAP logged into our system and applied a workaround since we were past the point where an entry in the CRRTABLIST.LST would work , we were using SUM 13 patch 0

Re: Process Order attached with WBS ( COR3)

Somehow, I am not able to fetch orders list from AUFK table, field PSPEL is not updating there although WBS element is assigned in order. I am unable to find the reason being this. I have asked technical person to look into this if he can help in this. 
Secondly - AFPO table may also fullfill my requirement in some way, Passing WBS element, It is showing attached orders, coping orders from this table, I can use AUFK table to get there OR* number. Passing OR* numbers to COEP displaying actual cost posted on orders.
Could you please suggest me, AFPO contain all orders attached to WBS or there may be some more process or order cost in the system ??

setting "reply" text as default in ITSM ticket
