Removing attachment list from accounting dcoument
Hi,
My client wants to remove attachment list from accounting document. It can be done manually by using t-code FD02 and selecting & deleting the attachment. There are many accounting documents that have attachments and removing manually is not possible. I tried using batch input recording but the attachment is missing on the screen.
How can I remove these attachments? Is there a way of using the batch Input recording?
Also, is there a function module to perform this function?

Re: how come some reports run and some don't?
if I restart the server a bunch of reports started being delivered but few minutes later it stops on different reports every time and get stuck on pending instances. I have checked the logs and fixed a couple of reports that were having formulas issues. Something else that could be causing the issue?

Hi Mike,
The manual is in error (the statement used to be true, but no longer is). I filed a doc bug on this a few months ago and it should get fixed in future documentation.
Diagserver is a separate executable. It is similar to the dataserver binary, but the dataserver binary has been compiled with feedback optimization (FBO) techniques that make it run faster, but also make it difficult to run under a debugger. The diagserver is compiled more normally, with symbolic names left in place. It also contains various diagnostic assertions that are only active in the diagserver binary; these are sometimes helpful in giving out more information when diagnosing a problem.
834 is generally caused by a bug in ASE, where there is confusion over whether a buffer is still in use or not. I recommend opening a support incident to investigate this error, with a quick check I only find one known bug clearly showing state 3, and it was created and resolved during development of the initial 16.0 release.

Cut-over activities : SPOs
Hi All,
I have a existing SPO running fine in the production system.
We have a requirement to add new company code to the existing Partition object
(I am not creating a new partition object for this company code but i am just adding a new company code to the existing partition object).
So when i move the TR from Quality to Production, what are the cut-over activities that should be carried out?

This filters on selection screen of logical database will get employees that all conditions is true at least in one day in selected period.
So if you employee worked one half year in WERKS 0001 and another half year in WERKS 0002 this employee will be selected and all internal tables selected by LDB will contain entries from all selected period.
Previously the logical database PNP had two BEGDA and ENDDA fields, one to selected infotypes data and another to filter employees, but it wasn't good and caused confusion on user.
To solve this issue will depend of what do you need to do, in most of cases you need to use the 0001 infotype period to select all another infotypes, check also the RP_SET_DATA_INTERVAL macro to choose a period for each infotype that you declared.

From your first screen shot, it seems you are using variable screen as well, is that correct ?
and also in Query Designer, is variable created Under "Characteristic Restrictions" ?
in this case, you cannot see all values during filtering, if you want to see all values use "prompts for Data source" from ribbon menu
or change variable to "Default values" section from "Characteristic Restrictions" section in Query Designer. In this case you can get like below

Change net price and net value in sales order after billing process
Hello experts,
I'm having a problem, after creating a sales order with two or more items and complete the sales flow (sales order, delivery and invoice) of one of them to return to sales order and modify and save the delivery date item not yet billed, the net price and net value change automatically.
I'm not using either solution "Z"

HTTP 500 pode ocorrer quando a SEFAZ está inacessível, também. Nesses casos vale a pena tentar dar um ping no endereço a partir da máquina em que está o PI, só pra garantir, bem como um tracert pra ver se o pacote está falhando dentro ou fora da rede corporativa.
Excluindo-se essa possibilidade, a maneira mais rápida para chegar no problema é fazer um trace default do canal de comunicação com o XPI Inspector.

I think I might need RAS, but note I am not trying to change the value, I just want to get the rpt's current value for that property.
The use case I have here is I dump my rpt files to xml for versioning so I can diff when necessary.

I think if you need clarification about the business scenario for the reason of Inter Company Sales, there can be multiple reasons and for the same Customer can't go to Supplying Company.
In real time one of the reason can be, Stock is not available with the regular company and they didn't want to loose the customer so instead of loosing customer they can get the material from Supplying company and can satisfy the customer needs.

Re: Crystal Report viewer on Mac's have a canted view
I'm in agreement with Chuck. I was able to install CRV 2013 on my iMac with Yosemite. It requires Java, which makes me wonder if Java is causing the display issue. Once I opened the report, it was canted. I went to the next page and the report was NOT canted. Went back to the first page, the report was not canted. So I opened another report, the report was canted. I scrolled to the next page, the report was still canted. I would say that is inconsistent results. Even when I could get the reports to display non-canted, drill down did not work, which is the whole point of sending out RPT files with saved data. Exporting to PDF does work, however the PDF won't expose the drill down sections, so in my case that is not a suitable workaround.
Here is an observation. When the report is initially opened, the side panel is displayed (Community in my case). If I hide the side panel and scroll to the next page, the report display correctly (non-canted). If I show the side panel again and scoll back, the report becomes canted again. The side panel is definitely causing an issue.
If anyone has any specific suggestions of what I can test against, I have access to my iMac all day.
