Hi Experts,
I need to automate the process that when EWA report will generate it will send to our mail box. I know in solman there is one option in "System Monitor" -> "Setup" -> "Mail Configuration" we may archive the same. But it seems security can't provide us the required role due to some restriction. Is there any other way around to achieve the same.
Please share your thought on the same.

You can create two technical report like Entity in page axis, suppose entity in "A10" cell time in column axis and product and account in row axis then hide this technical report that is default report (000). then create second technical report like Entity product and account in row axis and and time in column axis. then use epmdimensionoverride function on second report like as shown in below.
=EPMDimensionOverride("001","entity",A10)

Maybe you are not receiving the differentent variable values because the target is not maintained to receive variable values through parameters
So, check this note as well:

As I said DO NOT install the MSI or any redist package on your DEV PC. Just the EXE is all you need on your DEV PC.

DO NOT Browse to the folder to add any assembly, Use the References feature to add CR assemblies:
To run in 64 bit mode simply change your Project to compile in 64 bit mode is all you required.
So what is the actual issue? If none then do the following:
Add the Assemblies using the Add Reference is used then the compiler will use accordingly.
Set the compiler to x64 then build your app and copy the EXE to a test PC and install the CR x64 MSI and it should simply work.

What are the specific category members that are missing? Can you see them in the dimension tables from RSA1? If you can see the missing members then you can rebuild the dimension cache tables. If you do not see the members then I recommend rebuilding the dimension from the BPC administration.
You can check the dimension members by right clicking on the InfoObject representing the dimension. I usually use display data but you can also use maintain and then check the tables directly.
If you can see the members then execute UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE program from SE38. If you cannot then try rebuilding the dimension members from the membersheet through BPC Admin web client.

From your post what I understood is you are using ITSM incident management for raising SAP OSS message. So when SAP replied back you got details under text type 'Information from SAP'. But same SAP reply is not visible to end user in that particular ITSM incident.
If my above understanding is correct , then check the Authorization of end user for Text type 'Information from SAP'. Once you provide this text type access, end user should be able to view this SAP reply.

Can you try to set background color to transparent? Maybe the legend area above with a solid fill blocks the datalabel to overlap. I am not sure though, just a thought.
