Hello.
I know the high level process, even with some decent amount of details but I'm not sure if it is OK to have a MM inter-company invoice recorded for a STO process, that is my first concern.
Is it?
Thank you.
Hello.

Thank you.
I have also seen this as the best practice in a few documents. Nevertheless, it has been a practice in many organizations to use a few ranges (3-5) e.g., different range for manual entry
Hello,
This is a distributed installation (heterogeneous system copy). I´m facing an error during the phase "Start Instance" in the SAP SRM 7.0 / NW 7.01 during the heterogeneous copy system activity (central instance installation). I already installed the ASCS instance (in Windows Server 2012 (R2)) and the database instance (in a Linux - Suse 11 (SP3) on an Oracle DB 11.2.0.4). Now during the Central Instance installation (in the same windows server 2012 (R2) where is installed the ASCS instance) the SWPM show the following error during the phase "Start Instance":
I checked the log file dev_w0 and I found the following log:

Hi Claus,
Refer to SAP note 1448241 - WF Notif: E-mails in HTML format in Outlook 2007
Microsoft Outlook 2007 no longer uses Internet Explorer as a "Rendering Engine" for HTML email. Instead, the "Engine" of the installed Word version is used. This "Engine" has different restrictions when displaying HTML documents; read the following Knowledge Base and MSDN article:
Hope it helps

Hello Adarsh
Can you run a trace on this transaction and check/provide the results?
Cheers
Arun
Hi Lan,
I can't reproduce your issue in SBO 9.0 PL 16 and in general it sounds a bit strange to me.
Can you rule out any event filters and is the button enabled ?
Another possibility would be an exception that prevents your item event handler to run.
Can you also reproduce this behaviour with SBO Eventlogger ( B1DE SAP Business One Development Environment ) ?
regards,
Maik
Well, I think we don't have enough alternatives yet, so here comes another one:
SORT lt_table BY field.
LOOP AT lt_table INTO ls_structure.
LOOP AT lt_table TRANSPORTING NO FIELDS FROM ( sy-tabix + 1 ) WHERE field = ls_structure-field.
EXIT.
ENDLOOP.
IF sy-subrc NE 0. " means no other record with same key
DELETE lt_table INDEX sy-tabix.
ENDIF.
ENDLOOP.
And no, I will not volunteer to do the performance measurement
Surely the STATUS has to get set somewhere. Check the bindings.
In PE51, (or in Human Resources -> HR Tools -> Form Editor -> Editing an Individual Field).go to modify the journal form,
- in the page header individual field - set the field for payroll area as BUKRS in table VERSC (field defined as VERSC-ABKRS), . There are other fields also in this table
-Also note you can use as below for
page number: SY-PAGNO
In display pay results, go to any period results and see the tables like WPBP, etc, and you can display fields from any of these tables.
Hi Tomás
Perhaps you have misunderstood, I have tried using those settings but nothing seems to change. Even setting it to NONE doesn't do what it's supposed to do, as in no protected web methods hence no requesting for authentication!!!
Like I said it doesn't do what it's supposed to do for some reason.
I set it to DEFAULT -GetDatabaseStatus but I am still prompted for the username and password.
cd /usr/sap/hostctrl/exe
./saphostctrl -host myhost -function GetDatabaseStatus -dbname SID -dbtype ora
Error: HTTP error, HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized
Even trying the above command using NONE results in the same error.
What can be causing this?
Thanks
Craig
Thanks Bharat for your reply
I've always used hidden "dummy" columns in the resultset for this.
Change your SELECT statement and add things like:
0 as col15_protect,
0 as col16_visible,
and so on. That way, they have default values upon the retrieve, and you can set default values for InsertRow() as well. Then, changing the property of anything is as simple as setItem( row, col, 1 or 0). Write the property expressions to reference the new dw columns.
You could probably use global Get() functions too - and if all they do is return a value, then they shouldn't be too bad. But they do get called everytime the dw repaints itself, as opposed to the setItem() method.

Hi Mary Jane,
try to discover any network issues with nipping tool. It is very useful. There are a lot of blogs with examples.
Also, check if you need to patch your kernel. Maybe ST-A/PI patch have more requisites than you thought.

Hello experts,
Any inputs on my issue!
Would appreciate if someone can provide any directions on this.

Dear SAP,
We are implementing SAP Cloud for Customer stand alone (no ECC integration) with plan to upload 10,000 parts to use as product selection on the opportunity with early May 2015 go-live date. The customer has a 1-2 years plan to eventually integrate this SAP Cloud for Customer to SAP ECC. My question is
1. What will happen to 10,000 parts we manually upload as part of May 2015 go-live when we "turn on" the integration to SAP ECC materials in the future? Is there a way to map these 10,000 parts in C4C to SAP ECC materials?
2. What will happen to product hierarchy/categories in C4C? Will this be replace by SAP ECC product hierarchy?
3. What are some of the best practice in setting up Product Master Data to make sure that future integration is as smooth as possible?
Looking for some feedback.

Hi Chinta,
Where can I find that Utility? It seems I didn't run that.

Hi Vineet
I have tested this function in CPMBPC 801 SP08. I was able to access the completed steps after setting the Global and Environment parameters in SPRO.
Can you capture some screenshots about the following setting?
- BPF Activities
- Global Parameters
- Environment Parameters
- Detailed CPMBPC SP version
Best regards,
Chuan
Hi Jonathan,
What is your requirement?
Do you have to use a DSO?
There are many ways to store some data for BPC use.
Andy
No. You won't be able to import the LDAP users until the LDAP configuration is done.

Hello,
What are your settings in SWEC, has it been set up to create an event when those values are changed?
