while doing Third Party @ MIRO, getting the annoying error "Purchase order number in document number already exists".
As per your statement are you trying to do Vendor billing in MIRO or you are creating a Sales order in VA01.
In the above what you wrote for VOV8 and OVAH is related to sales order save where it checks the unique combination of Sales doc type+Sold to+Cust PO number(VBKD-BSTKD).
Please confirm where you get the error also provide the error msg no.

HCM Authorization by Pay Scale
Dear Expert
Management want that only authorized person can see the salary of management staff.
Every employee has one position code assigned. And in position, employee grade is attached using Pay scale Type and Pay scale Area.
We want to define authorization that user can see employees of Grade 5 only, and employee 2 can see all but not grade 5 employee.

please read the following note regarding SD_CUSTOMER_MAINTAIN_ALL:
1826993 - Function SD_CUSTOMER_MAINTAIN_ALL behaviour
If you use the Class CMD_EI_API you have to provide to CMD_EI_API the partner function you want to
store.
In your case, you have provided no partner function in the input
complex structure.
In clear, your report has to provide the partner functions you want to
maintain.
In order to easily find which are the mandatory partner functions
for an account group, you may look at class cmd_ei_api_check, method
get_mand_partner_functions.
This method can't be used directly, but at least it will provides you
with a code sample.

Hi experts,
I am totally new to the studio.
I would like to accomplish this:
I want to generate a kind of a command line program, which will be executed for example every 10 minutes to create a file, which contains data out of the "customer demand" by setting a filter to two fields.
How can i do this? Is this possible in the demand studio sdk?

MRP- Creation of PR when we the qty is within the tolerance
Hi Gurus, we procure some finished automobile parts directly from vendors and supply the same to some clients. for example, we ordered 1000 qty from vendor V1, and if we recieves 900 only and in next day mrp run even though underdelivery tolerance is maintained as 100, system is creating PR for 100 qty (1000-900= 100 qty). we want system to NOT to create PR in such cases (if within under and over delivery tolerances). please advise is there any standard functionality exists for this purpose. thank you.

System is calculating correctly, but we need to analyze properly okay.
No of days is 16 and No of days in a month is 30.
split month factor = No of days/ No of days in a month.
This split month factor will get multiply with 6500(PF basis).
In your case = 6500 * 16/30 = 34666.666 ~=3467(/3FA).
PF amount is calculating on this basis.

BO4 - Exporting universe to backup/qa environment
Hi,
We wish to have copy of universe on our test/qa platform and to this end we export the universe concerned from development to qa/test environment.
The only difference is that the test and development environments have different databases.
Thinking of the following.
Changing the connection on the test/qa platform to look at the test rather than development database.
Each time make changes to the development universe, just export the development universe (unx) to the test platform but not the connection - this way can keep the universes the same on both platforms but just have different connections.
