We have downloaded the SP01 patches for Design Studio 1.1 (for all components) and we cannot install them because the installer states that the patch has already been installed.
Our existing Design Studio 1.1 installation must therefore be already at SP01 level or the installer is faulty.
Regarding note 1868232 - its contents do not apply to our situation.
It covers the following limitations:

Limitation: Restricted Support of IE8 in Some Scenarios

Limitation: Reduced WAN Performance of Designer Client
Limitation 3:
Limitation: Restricted Internet Explorer Use in BI Platform
We are not using IE8, we are not using Design Studio over a WAN and Limitation 3 is not effecting IE10 - nor does it effect local execution mode. In Local Execution mode, we also see the same issues with our v1.1 dashboards. We will try Firefox to see if this helps.
