Good day!

 

Thanks for the information. I selected Standard as the Valuation Method for this item but the system does not get the value that you specified on the Item Cost field on the Item Master Data. It still gets the Item Cost on the Item Cost per Warehouse column.

 

I think when you create or made Inventory Revaluation on a particular item it does not reflect as the Last Evaluated Price on the item. I'm not sure if it has the same behavior on the latest version of SAP Business One or a bug because my version here is only SBO 8.8 PL 20.

 

I will highly appreciate all your help on this matter.

Hello Folks,

 

As per new updates in NW 7.4, we can't install both ABAP & JAVA stack together :

In this scenario , I have proceed to install a solution manager test system as follows :

 

1. Install Solution Manager 7.1  ABAP stack with HANA (NW: 7.4) in SLES (SP3) :

 

=> As both HANA & ABAP instances are in the same host , so both SIDs are different over here .

  

Following option has been chosen in latest SWPM :

2. Install the JAVA stack in the same host by using same HANA system [It didn't allow to keep the same SID as ABAP instance] :

It seems , I am doing some mistakes over here . Could you guys suggest the process to be followed over here to install SOLMAN 7.1 with HANA ? I have checked in /instguides , but didn't find proper installation document .

  please check is there any terminating event maintained for  task and workflow or not. You can find in workflow logs

Hi Visakh,

 

I see the port number is wrong.

I guess someone has changed port number in the system profile and the change is valid by restarting the server.

It is not launchpad issue. It is system setup issue.

Thanks Karri  and Anjan for quick response .

I have created a rule but requirement is like this :

if for one condition 3 approvers are there , then it should go to 3rd level first , if he approves then to 2nd ,and if he approves then to 1st.

As it is dynamic in nature in rule only , so how to implement this in workflow.

I've recently had this issue and found a fix that doesn't involve having to delete and start from scratch again so thought I would share this to save others the same pain

 

• In NWDS open development infrastructure perspective
• Open the component properties for your BPM DC
• Click the dependencies tab
• Expand bie/sca/scdl/contributors/maas
• on the "def" node under this create a build time dependence

 

Build and re-deploy the DC and you should then get a green light in Application Communication in the SOA section of NWA

 

I've raised a customer message with SAP requesting a note is released for this and ideally for the build process to be modified to fail where the dependency isn't set and operation mappings are in the BPM project..

I agree with your comments, But as before trying with the dbcc commands, i requested to do the basic analysis on the row size so that if it didnt solve this i thought to recommend the dbcc commands.

 

These 12301 errors are, actually, transitient and no permanent database corruption exists.
This can be verified by running :

dbcc checktable(<table_name>)

They are caused when one process (spid) is performing an isolation level 0 scan of a table while another process is simultaneously updating a row.

Hi Gurus

 

I am in the process implementing FM.

I am creating funds centers but I'm encountering some challenges;

1. I started off by creating a Hierarchy but I'm stuck at Hierarchy Variant. What do I do here?

I also want to know how to use this variant and how to obtain it.

2. I would like to map CCtr/PCtr/Funds Center. I do have the CCtr and PCtr structures in CO. I would like to replicate the CCtr structure in FM Can I use it in FM and if so how? I think this summarises my problem

This was a nice discussion. Thanks Joy for intating. And finally  want to end up with the soution.

 

on your QAS/PRD replication box -> let say if it is 1 TB

for

QAS -> keep global_alocation_limit to 700 GB

PRD replication box -> keep the rest.

 

Joy- I belive you are also having same configuration of HANA Box. so this should work in your case

 

Note: During Takeover you need to ensure that in your

PRD replication box should change the value of global_alocation_limit to more value .

Hello,

 

I am new to BOBJ so need your expertise help on the below issue:

 

We are seeing HIGH CPU utilization consumed by services "al_engine" when we execute command TOP in our LINUX server

 

When i do "ps -ef" for that particular process, i get below information:

 

/usr/sap/<SID>/dataservices/bin/al_engine -C/usr/sap/<SID>/dataservices/log/command_19646_<TIME STAMP>__1

 

 

How to find out what are the jobs causing high CPU using the above process id

 

Below are the version details:

Hi,

 

You forgot to mention which module this is.. What is the business object of your workflow?

 

(We don't have that TS task in our system)

 

Anyway, I suspect that clicking on 'Withdrawn' may be cancelling your workflow, by issuing a terminating event.

  That is ok, you can do it simple way.   based on condition take a loop step. In the loop step you send mail using mail step or activity step sequentially.
