Can I pull a Memory ID into a parameter defined as integer using the memory id option of the Parameter statement.
PARAMETER: p_lineno LIKE zsd_oms_orders-line_no MEMORY ID lineno
I have set the memory id to using a type n field, but the parameter is always zero.

I was searching on the web if SAP is currently supporting SQL Server 2014 now, but the threads that I found are from the beginning of the year so I'm not quite sure if the answers are still valid.
The question is simple: Can I use SQL Server 2014 with SAP 9.1 and B1iF?

You are absolutely right. The size of the UWL inboxes do present a fundamental business issue. On average, each user has 421 items with one user having over 70,000... We've suggested the business take a look here. However preventing OOM errors in the Portal is my concern, and that needs to happen regardless of backend item counts. Unfortunately, SAP has not prepared for this very likely scenario in their code, so I need advice from SCN on preventative measures.

Hi Experts I am implementing the Fiori app My Quality Tasks. I have installed the add-on UIEAAP01 in the front-end server according to the following link My Quality Tasks The problem that i am facing is that the corresponding odata service (QM_NOTIF_SRV (1))is not visible in the front-end server. Am i missing any component other than the above mentioned component. How do i link my back-end server for using the business logic if there is no back-end component that is with this app.Appreciate your help in advance.
Now I am creating a Cross tab report
On the left side I use Items.
On the top I use Metric Type
In the Body I use measure Quantity.
So this is how Look Like report. (See screen shot 1).
We have some Items in rows (Item1 and Item2) and three Metric Type on header Collection, Shipment and Purchase. (See screen shot 1)
Here is the challenge. We want to see fourth column after Shipment called "DIFFERENCE". This would be calculated column Collection MINUS 
Shipment. (See screen shot 2)
Do you have any idea how to do this? Do I have to do this in WebI or at Universe level?

Revisando las necesidades del proyecto y el analisis de la liquidacion recomiendo que sea por elemento PEP , porque la ejecucion masiva solo permite a ese nivel . A menos que la cantidad de elemento sea reducida.

I am unable to add Delivery Type 'LR' in MM0B plug in ECC. The drop down only shows delivery types with document category 7 (VBTYP).

thanks for your quick response. Yes, I know this note and I also tested. But this is not working. I'm still getting the file extension. We even updated the sftp-adapter to the latest version/patch level.
From what I understood this note is regarding the programm error and note the security feature. You use this additional paramter to prevent double file extension ".txt".

Recently we have changed one of the Storage type:AAA, putaway strategy from Next Empty Bin(L) to Fixed Bin(F). The Material master is has been updated with the right destination bins. But when we are creating TO's automatically for 312 movement from 921 stype to AAA storage type, the proposed bin is not the one in Material master but its a bin for different material.
The screenshot of the Stype config is as attached. I have verified all necessary Storate unit type checks and bin types. Everything seems fine. But still the TO creation is showing wrong putaway bin.

Any reason why you add Admin Group as a subgroup of Standard Users?
You can keep Admin Group on its own and still make it an admin group of Standard Users:
- In your Access Level, you'll have to add some rights under General (add objects, edit objects, change password, copy objects, view objects).
- In Users and Groups, add Admin Group as a principal of Standard Users group, and assign Admin Group access level.
- Add Admin Group as a principal at the top-level of all users to be able to create users.
It should be enough to permit Admin Group users to create users and assign them to Standard Users group.

yes you can schedule, but the ability to add an event that will notify the success or failure via e-mail is not currently in the Rest APIs.
you can schedule to e-mail, but this will send the report to the e-mail address, which, I believe, is not what you are looking for.
what you can do is schedule and then keep checking the status of the scheduled instance for either Success or Failure and then send an e-mail with the result, but this is outside of the BI Rest APIs.
