Dear All,
I have enabled instant messaging in SAP portal 7.4 SP4. I have performed the below steps to get it started:
1) Activated RTC_ApplicationSharing and WebEx_WebExMeetingCenter services in Service registry under Synchronous Collaboration Services.
2) Enable Real-Time Collaboration properties in Framework Page.
3) enabled Collaboration show link in Masthead iview.
When clicking on send instant message to a recipient that chat window opens but within a second goes into a endless loading screen mode. Kindly find the screenshots for the same for better understanding.
Opening the webdynpro Java application also shows the same behavior.
