HI George,
Problem is if you can't get Oracle to work then you won't be able to make CR or ERP work.
I think it's best if you contact Oracle to get your client working first.
To me it sounds like you have a permission issue, make sure you are logged in as a local PC Administrator and try uninstalling Oracle again.
If that doesn't work you ahve a seriou sproblem so you need to contact your IT Guys or Oracle to help sort that out first.
