Hi Ramesh,
The workaround is to you split your selection into a branch aggregation only the region and sum the revenue.
Then filter to keep only regions that match your criteria.
Join this node with the original one to restrict what you will present.
Attention point: This may make "filters push down" from where clause don't reach the lowest sources making waste of memory and performance penaulties. Use with care.
