regarding the TR related with new condition table in access sequence

Hello Gurus

I had created a new condition table with z field and when trying to transport it to QA its giving me the error "

Object VKOS A964 has not yet been imported successfully" where A964 is my condition table

and also getting this error

"R3TRVKOIA964 original object cannot be replaced"

"R3TRVKOSA964 original object cannot be replaced"

Any clue what I am missing?
