I'm having a similar issue. Till morning , I was using Windows 7 -64 bit with Office 2013 64 bit , the Analysis 64 bit addin was working perfectly fine...
But, when I installed BO Analysis 1.4 64 bit with latest SP 0.7 in Windows 8.1 64 bit with office 2013 64 bit, the analysis is getting crashed when i open the query..
Did you find a solution for this issue ?.
I'm thinking to raise a message to SAP on this.
