can you check  your number range  as my attached screen shot.

Number range should be start with 01  0r 02  as  you can see the  below screen.

If  you get still the same error  , then you  need to check your  Feature 

TRVPA  (Travel Parameters) for Trip Costs Parameters.

If there is any config missing in that feature.
