The webdynpro component hier_vis_ui_wrapper cannot be launched directly. An application with the configuration parameter assigned is required for it to display the data. there is a possibility to test the application HIER_VIS_UI_WRAPPER from the backend itself. There is an application called "HIER_VIS_DEMO". PLease launch this application to see if the test organization hierarchy is displayed. This service should be active in the SICF transaction. There is another possibility to test the application. You can use the abap workbench ( TCODE: SE80). .
