Agents can not listen recorded calls on CDT

Hi All,

 

I can not listen recorded calls on CDT, I had gave permissions to the queue group to allow then to listen recording on the CDT, but even with the permission I can´t listening, or I am missing some configuration!!!

 

CDT without permissions to listen the calls recording...

I gave to agent on the queue group permissions to listening recording calls.
