My client is using EhP6 and would like to know if e-Recruiting has capability for interview panel to assess candidate. I am sure there are roles like Decision Maker, Talent Consultant, Succession Planner, etc, but other than Manager / Recruiter the questionnaire doesn't travel to other team members in the organization.
I have created individual employees as users (including assignment of roles) and tried my best to see if there could be some options to see if the evaluations can be carried by anybody in the organization; but didn't strike me. I am sure there may be process to it and I am following wrong way or if not what is the best solutions that can be provided to client.
Example: Mr. X is Applicant, Mr. Y is Manager of Requisition, and Mr. A is Recruiter. There is an assessment to be performed by Mr. B who could be Technical Lead before taking Manager decision for final process. I have added Mr. Y, Mr. A, and Mr. B (role as Decision Maker and Manager Involvement) in support team category under requisition.
