No. I didn't subscribe to posts individually.

As you said, i can see 'Stop tracking' option in the posts visible in my communications page. Then i clicked on 'Stop Tracking of each posts' to stop the notifications.

the recent post i received is : Train the Trainer Workshop @ EPSI Paris

PLease help.
