Hello,
sometimes it happens, that an action in AIF fails but the IDoc should not be reprocessed. Therefore we set the status 68 within conventional IDoc-Processing. But with implementation of AIF we don't se a possibility to set the status to 68.
The status 68 gave us the possibility to trace the IDocs and do some manual work according to the contents of the IDoc.
Example: We have a automatic Warehousesystem. As batches and Handling-Units are created within SAP the external system sends us an IDoc with the goods that were produced. Within SAP we are doing the goods-receipt and in the end we are sending another IDoc back to the trigger-system providing the Handling-Unit and the Batch-Information. Now the trigger-system is able to print the right labels that are belonging to the pallet next to the printer.
Sometimes the process fails, and the pallet is put aside. Necessary actions have to be done manualy as the production of the next pallet is already in action. Restarting the IDoc would cause the wrong label on the wrong pallet.
So far the rework-process could be done very easily by checking the IDocs with Status 68.
Is it possible to set the status 68 out of AIF?
best regards
Ignaz

We are using SAP BO 4.1 SP1 with office 2013 32bit Installed. But in the model we developed one url button is used. This button funtioning as expected in preview mode but if we export it to office 2013 Power Point or Word, website is not opening. The same model is working fine in Office 2010 and below.
Please advise how to handle this?
Thanks

Hi,
Hope you are using item level release only...right?

Hi All
While running a data package from an excel input schedule, it takes about 8 mins to execute the package. If I were to limit the package for the specific entity, project, and customer dimension, the package should get executed in lesser time, thus meeting the need of the end user inputting data on the package.
Is there a way to call the POV from the Excel input schedule while executing the package so as to reduce the wait time for the end user?
Thanks
Ankur
Then you need to check your storage type settings and maintain them to allow negatives.
EDIT: LE- WM- MD - define storage type

Hi Andre,
Well as far as I know this functionality exists in ECC, but as of now I have not encountered this in CRM so didn't have much idea regarding the configuration. While replicating BP's from ECC to CRM if this field populated in ECC then it'll replicate to CRM.
Concept:
You can use this function to differentiate between selected business partner components in order to reflect different points of view.
You process these components on the Maintain Business Partner screen using the Differentiation push button. This provides you option for differentitation for certain business partner data. Here, you can use differentiation criteria to define differentiated values for one and the same component part of the business partner. You can therefore subdivide or differentiate values for similar business partner data according to requirements.
Differentiation could be necessary when you have a business partner who exists as a customer in several branches of your company, and you want certain data to be displayed in the above-named components for each particular branch.
For more details you can check below links for configuration on ECC side;
Differentiation Criterion - SAP Business Partner for Financial Services - SAP Library
You can Check same in CRM under Cross-Application Components - Financial Conditions - Edit Differentiation Categories

Hello, Just check if the mapping of 0MAT_PLANT is default. The rule must not exist at all in transformation. Mapping should be set to no rule.

That Error : CX_SY_DYN_TABLE_ILL_COMP_VAL
Why ? Thanks
Is there any syntax error in your code ?
Hard code the breakpoint before select statement and check if you are getting the proper data or not.
Also check if you really have data for the same combination.

All,
I've been working with the HTML island UI element to execute JavaScript and have been following the Web Dynpro HTMLIsland & HTMLContainer guide. In the guide it described how to send data from the context into the JavaScript and then display JavaScript alert messages with the content of the context. Is it possible to bring a value from JavaScript back into the context of WebDynpro?
Thanks!
Hi PK,
To see if the UPL extractor are correctly set, you could perform the following steps:
1. Configure the managed in which UPL data is to be collected. The 'Extractors Setup' step is especially important.
2. Activate the BW content. Activate all queries and cubes under 'SAP Solution Manager - Custom Code Life Cycle Management'
3. Activate the UPL extractors for the managed system, in the area 'Infrastructure -> Extractor Framework' of the 'Solution Manager Administration' work center
4. The activation of UPL is described in more detail in SAP Note 1683134.
Also check:
1920451 - Missing BI Workload data and wrong UPL result
For more information on "How to activate UPL" please check the document in the service marketplace:

Well, if you are absolutely certain that you've uploaded all the objects correctly by LSMW, then I would suggest you to check authorizations:

You can go with SAP WM certification Material .
Do the exercises properly and it will be enough to prepare for certification as well as cover all the process in WM .
Hi Katarzyna,
Please check the External service desk functionality for this. You can check SPRO entry for this:
SPRO --> SAP Reference IMG --> SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide
--> SAP Solution Manager --> Scenario-Specific Settings --> Solution Manager - External Integration --> External Service Desk
Also check below link:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm40/helpdata/en/8a/b0278648ac4f058a7111c3f9b60feb/frameset.htm
(All in One line)
In Solman 7.0 system:
1. T-code SM59 > Define an RFC connection to 7.1 system;
2. T-code ICTCONF > Add an entry for the 7.1 service desk, specify the RFC Destination as the one you defined > Activate -> Generate default value mapping (you may find the button on the top of ICTCONF).
In Solman 7.1 system:
1. T-code SM59 > Define an RFC connection to 7.0 system;
2. T-code ICTCONF > Add an entry for the 7.0 service desk, specify the RFC Destination as the one you defined > Activate -> Generate default value mapping;
3. Customize your own value mapping including the transaction type. You will find the details in:
IMG -> SAP Solution Manager -> Capabilities (Optional)
-> Application Incident Management (Service Desk)
-> External Integration -> External Service Desk
Most fields of SIVA and SMIV are the same (for example, priority) so you do not need to care about the value mapping if you do not havespecial requirement. However, some fields only exist in SIVA (category, subject) and others only exist in SMIV (multilevel categories). You may need to implement your own code according to your requirement.
