Using CBMA to create JMS messages
Hi All,
I have gone through the CBMA procedure and understand that the errors are stored in a virtual JMS queue in PI.
I would like to use them and send back a message using JMS receiver adapter. Any ideas how to go about this?

I've used SAP HANA Developer Edition (rev. 68) on CloudShare once. When you applied for the 30 days evaluation successfully, you will get 2 VMs, one is SAP HANA server, the other is Windows7 on which SAP HANA studio and SAP HANA client is already installed.
I did the following things successfully:
OS level:
1. Use remote desktop (the webpage provided by CloudShare, when you click "View VM") to connect SAP HANA server. You can open a terminal and use "top" to see the status of CPU, memory, processes (You will see several hdbxxx processes if SAP HANA is started)
2. Use putty on my laptop to connect SAP HANA server. You can also use "top" to see the status of CPU, memory, processes (You will see several hdbxxx processes if SAP HANA is started)
DB level:
3. Use SAP HANA studio on Windows7 (provided by CloudShare) to connect to the SAP HANA database. Use "hanacloud" as the hostname, since SAP HANA server and Windows7 are in the same environment
4. Use SAP HANA sudio on my laptop to connect SAP HANA database. Use the external hostname
Regarding your problem, I think you can first check if SAP HANA database is already started.

SAP HANA Smart Data Access
Hi ,
I created smart Data Access setup with Sybase IQ in SAP HANA , all working fine .
Now , I have following questions
Let us assume the following :
userA -->Remote source owner
userB --> Have permission to create vitual tables and use virtual tables created by UserA.
DataSource --> Sybase
virtual table created by A --> vtableA
virtual table created by B --> vtableB
Sybase IQ user --> iquser
From my point of view HANA user is typical application user , that creates ODBC connection to remote source coonected to HANA
to my knowledge this is the workflow of the SDA
1. From which user HANA creates ODBC connection with Sybase IQ when UserA executes queries in vtableA
2.. From which user HANA creates ODBC connection with Sybase IQ when UserB executes queries in vtableA
3. From which user HANA creates ODBC connection with Sybase IQ when UserA executes queries in vtableB
4. From which user HANA creates ODBC connection with Sybase IQ when UserB executes queries in vtable B
5. Is there trace file that track ODBC connections in SAP HANA ?
6. Is there any recommended way to Manage SDA from security perspective ?
Please correct me in case if my assumtions are wrong !

as stated by Mr Jogesh, check Functional Location BOM, apart from that also check if you have any CONSTRUCTION TYPE added in the Functional Location under structure tab
A BOM material which was created in CS01 can be added here so that system will retrieve the structure of BOM into Functional Location
please check both options and revert with your findings

Exception occured during processing of Web Dynpro application
Hi All,
I am using EHP1 for NW 7.3 and deployed SAP MII 14.0.This was working fine.
Recently I have configured ADS SSO. My single sign on is working fine but unfortunately my MII menu page is throwing error as below:
"500 Internal server error"
Log:
"Exception occured during processing of Web Dynpro application sap.com/xapps~xmii~ui~admin~navigation/NavigationApplication"
Can you please suggest me a solution?

Master data and transaction data
Hi ,
For the BPC net weaver BW is staging area. But initial we have to create or activity relevant info object at Net weaver BW then go on creating info area and info cude under the info providers.
After that start working in BPC client with the Data modal requirement for task to be handled.
so we need to go to two different system to create master data and transaction and the staging area in BW.
is there a way to do every thing in BPC client.

Thanks for the usefull suggestion.
I am also facing a similar issue where i am able to create the user on IDM UI using standard provisioning task - "create identity", however the user is not created in the backend system. Please be informed that the below scenarios are working for me:
1) Assignment/deletion of role from user loaded through initial load.
2) Change in validity and other user details for users loaded through initial load.
I understand from the above converstaion that the master privelege - "PRIV:<repository(corresponding to backend system)>:only" is to be assigned to user in order to create in backend system. But how to add this privelege to a user while creating from "Create identity" task from IDM UI?
I maintained account privelege as the master privelege on repository. Also, i maintained the Account<repository> attribute for the user(please refer attachment for screenshots on the same). However, the user is still not created in backend system.
Appreciate your comments on this.

What if I uncheck the multiple posting flag in the NACE screen for a particular output type and keep the operation of triggering of the same output as 2.change . Will it still generate a new output ?? Technically it should not right coz I have removed the multiple postings flag in NACE. Help me with this

Overtime Amount (0HR_PY_1) Not matching with Cost centers

Overtime report is not matching with Cost centers:Transaction - S_ALR_87013620
Business user has specified particular cost element :70300040 - Over time amount
Using the transaction OBYE - cost element :70XXXXXX - I took related - over time wage types.
When i am reconciling the data with transaction - S_ALR_87013620 amount is not matching.
Can any one please help on this issue how can i validate my report.
