I can not listen recorded calls on CDT, I had gave permissions to the queue group to allow then to listen recording on the CDT, but even with the permission I can´t listening, or I am missing some configuration!!!
CDT without permissions to listen the calls recording...
I gave to agent on the queue group permissions to listening recording calls.

You can create this with different plant as per line item which is belong to different company code....

have you tried using the IP Address instead of the domain name?
Both values needs to start with a / and need to contain the full path to the target directory, from where the FTP User you are using is accessing the FTP. In my case it looks like this:
Export Directory /customers/qa/outbound
FTP Output Directory /customers/qa/outbound
FTP Server IP Address
Also - the directory needs to exist on the FTP Server and the FTP User needs to have r/w access to the directory.
Are you using the Sourcing Application Server also as the FTP? In that case the directories should be different, where Export Directory specifies the source directory and FTP Output Directory specifies that target directory.

Note down the error message details and put a break point in new debugger by providing the message details (id,number and type).
please activate the update debugging as well while debugging because if error occures while updating then it iwll stop or else it willnot stop even though you put breake point at message.
or try one more method that open message in SE91 tcode then try where used list from there and put break point an debug. some times it will not work(if they are generating dynamic message ).

For this you need to have a centralized Purchasing organization.
Which is having assignment with all –plants for all your company code
Note: there are other implications in case of FI, raising a PO you can rise for all the plants for different company codes for a centralized purchasing Org.
But for other implications it’s not recommended to raise a PO for different company codes of a plants

I have also faced the same issue for some document types. I tried the below steps and it works for me. You can also try the same but I didn't get the exact reason behind it.
1. Go to DC10
2. Delete the document type for which object links are not coming.
3. Configure it again, assign the object links.
4. Move the TR
5. Check in EasyDMS

Further clarification. My new model is not MultiProvider, but a InfoCube. Hence, my question is connecting two different cubes to a 3rd cube OK? How the resulting records work? Do they roll up to the same record based on the Key Char or will there be two separate records? Hoping I am fine with this model?
What config did you choose here?
