I've face this problem when creating LSMW batch to create a routing CA01, I've maintain a profile in which the entry tool is activated in field BIPKO-PROFIDNETZ of the input file.
You make settings for the entry tool in the control data for routings within Customizing under Production -> Basic Data -> Routing -> Control Data -> Define profiles with default values. kindly advice.

you can achieve this by using Migration tools Like UMT(with no version check) or LCM.
Or
there is another way is also there by copying the CMS DB and FRS from VM server to Physical server.
This process will copy all the objects,security,user, groups and CMC Authentication settings..
there are two ways are there.
1) Copy DB and restore it with help of SIA: Below is the note to perform the same.

Even though it is for Crystal2008 it is applicable for the BO4.X.
2) Copy DB and restore it with help of External DB Tools: below is the document to have the post DB copy activities.

Dear All,
Field LGORT has been changed in many boms but change document is not showing any changes.Is there any possible ways by which similar condition can be achieved? Like change in table directly.

I have a list of work orders with order status created. PR will be created when the order released.
But we want to keep the order in CRTD status until comes closer to the due date to make it flexible for any amendment to the components.
What transaction code is used to run the list of components (reservation list) from multiple orders.
I have tried with IWBK, but it is giving only when the PR is created. i.e. when the order is Released.

I followed the normal procedure, I am on PI 7.3 and using NWDS 7.3 for java mapping.
I have added the external jar file to my project com.sap.xpi.ib.mapping.lib.jar but there is issue and I could not find the interface as stated above
Did you even check SAP note I posted earlier in this thread?
It's referring to exactly the same error that yours.
com.sap.engine.lib.xml.parser.ParserException: Bad PUBLIC declaration(:main:, row:1, col:62).
Have you tried manually stopping all instances .. Kill all zombies.. Clean up ipc for all the instances.. and restart?

Your config shown in screenshots above is almost complete. All you need to do is provide the "Ack Destination" (as visible in the first shot). Otherwise PI doesn't know where to send the acknowledgement. After this step, you should see the ALEAUD IDoc in your sender system, because PI generates it automatically based on the processing status of your "basic" message.

Check the factory calender whats the starting date of the week which is there is PROD ?

I have one issue regarding Object field of AUSP table and Internal Char No. field of CABN. I know when AUSP stores data they generate object number which stores in OBJEK field. Also CABN store the Internal Characteristics number of a characteristics and both field are system generated number.
But the client for which i am working having OBJECT field of AUSP is equal to the material number and Internal Char No. field is same as the characteristics name.
In my client material has classification view and class type 001 assigned to it. Now the characteristics value stores inside AUSP having OBJECT number equal to Material Number.
So how it is possible.

1. How do I know if data from POS system are transferred through IDOC or BAPI ? Which one is recommended method by SAP ?
Ask you POSDM consultant what method they have used to send data from POS to POSDM (Usually it is POS to PI to POSDM).
SAP has given choice of sending it through BAPI, IDocs and though ES.
I will suggest you to use BAPI or ES if you POS is of third party.
2. Generally how data are transferred from POSDM to ECC and BW ? is it scheduled in batch job during night or data is keep posted during business day. I know that POS system sends data to POSDM quite frequently.
