Can you help with java code?... I look with file lookup for read but not delete...

all the screenshot are pointing to same channel File_OUT_HomeDepot_ASN.
Issue 1 - The error suggests there is no value configure for host and target dir
-->> Please check the server and path is configured. If it is already configured then check the latest log of the channel.
Issue 2 - Target folder is empty
-->> Does there is any other process/interface/file script picking the file? The consumer might be consuming the file once it is delivered by PI to FTP location.

FPP is used for multiple batch processes in FS-PM. You can find a detailed description in Chapter 4.6.1 "Description of Batch Runs Implemented in FPP" in the FS-PM Operations Guide.
To 1.: I don't know the Logistics solution. Main use case of FPP is for updating the policies on a regular basis but there are also BI extraction runs for FS-PM built on FPP.
To 2.: I'd say use automatic unless you have a good reason to go manual.
To 3.: You're on the right track! There is also information on this in the Operations Guide including a sample program. The 5.3 delivery also includes some programs for this. Check out /PM0/FPP_EXT_*.

Not sure if I get your question correctly. The association of the document header and item is linked using table /SAPSLL/CUIT, and before that table /SAPSLL/CORREF will store the relationship of the reference document number and the guid key of the customs document header being used in GTS.
So in conclusion, the process looks like below:
/SAPSLL/CORREF, you get the guid of the customs document header
/SAPSLL/CUIT, you can get the document items of this header
/SAPSLL/LEGCON, the relationship of which license is being assigned to the item
/SAPSLL/LCLICAQ, get how many quanity left for the license using guid_lclic.

SBO DataTable / Recordset / DBDataSource / Any datasource does not recorgnize NULL or DBNULL value. (a few exception for data type DateTime)
It will be converted to the default value of the data type. In your case of Data Type string, it will be converted to empty string ("")
So, in your code you should compare against empty string.

Sounds like a job for Basis or maybe further. Usually if it looks okay in SOST then SAP has done its job. Maybe try sending it to gmail to narrow it down.

At USER level the Parameter "WCF_AUTOSAVE_SWITCH" should be added to the User-Parameters table using TCode SU3. The values are:
- OFF: Feature will be turned off.
