So your main program with 400,000 records triggered 8 tasks of 50,000 records simultaneously ? (so at this step you consume space for 800,000 records + temporaty space for the end of task processing) then your 8 tasks process records by package of 30?

We have come across a typical scenario on Negative Tax Assistance Adjustment process.We noticed that the Medicare Tax is getting generated through BSI interface in the function USTAX where as none of the other Taxes(i.e. Federal and Social Security) get generated.May we know if anyone of you have faced the same situation ever?If so, we would be glad to hear your response.

Scenario will be like this .We have a material number for the materials we will procure and use them in any WTG. We have number of WTG’s in each plant and we can use in any of them. We have to track them and we have to maintain the warranty details for each material. We have only one number for each material and we can use the same in multiple WTG’s, so we have to track them by Material number and WTG. If we are replacing the material within warranty period through PM Maintenance Order need to alert the User at the time of creation of Order, and need one more alert while converting the MR to PO to the MM End User.
This is the outline for our requirement. Thank you

Event trigger if user is locked
Hi,
I try to trigger an event when userid is locked.
I create a custom BO : ZUSER (Super-type USER - Delegate ZUSER).
I added my custom Event : Locked
But now in SWEC how to add this BO/Event ?
Which value in Change doc. object ?
I need to create a custom Change Document type ? transaction : SCDO ?
I need to trigger my event when USR02-UFLAG = '128'.
I need to use Field Restrictions in SWEC to do that ?

saplogon.ini changes
Hi guys,
we are having thousands of clients (desktops, laptops, etc) in our company around the world with no global saplogon.ini. Even the desktop support is organized by country or company unit, so not really an easy way and no way to just have one globally.
We need to move SAP systems and therefore we need to changes the entries in the saplogon.ini by system ID, like new server name, saprouter string etc.
Is there an easy way (tool, script, link, etc) to push such changes on to the client by system ID, even when the local windows user is not having local admin rights?
Actually we are using the GUI version 7.40 and 7.30.

Hi Matthew,
We had Oracle 11g and BO 4.0 SP6 at my previous client and I was able to use subqueries against a Universe (.unx format) created in IDT.
I found that HTML query panel doesn't provide option to create sub query, Java Applet query panel does. Try creating that report in Webi Rich Client and check for the highlighted icon as in the below image.
If you still don't see it, you may have to turn ON that setting in the Universe. I see that you're using Universe (.unv format) created in UDT. Below is the image that shows how to turn it on in the Universe Parameters.

Meter Based consumption billing in REFX
Hello :
We have a scenario at our client. Tenants has to pay chilled water consumption charges to the company. Bills for this are generated every month based on the unit consumed into a fixed rate every month. Separate meters are installed in every rental units to record monthly consumption of chilled water. I have configured service charge settlement based on the link Service Charge Settlement - Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) - SAP Library .I am doing the following process to charge this chilled water cost to the tenant.
- Created a rental object with a measurement type stating the number of units consumed.
- Created a participation group and assigned above rental object to it
- Created a settlement unit with the specifications of Participation group in it
- Created a contract against rental object with a condition type relevant to SCS
- Executed SCS t but got error message that no settlement unit selected, i have given settlement unit as indicated in the screen shot.
Please suggest if i am following a correct process. My aim is to be able to generated bill to the tenant through SCS process based on the meter reading done for a particular rental object in a particular month. I have read about PM process to record readings against meter but i am not sure how to execute this process . Your help will be much appreciated.

Can the key figures in IBP4 for supply planning be used as key figures in IBP3.0.2 on-premise system?

One of our client uses IBP 3.0.2.2 On-Premise system, wanted to know if the key figures that are supported in IBP4 for supply planning operator can be used as Key Figures in IBP3.0.2 on-premise system?
E.g. sub period of supply, will the supply planning algorithm be added in On premise system?

My scenario: I have created an application by using PHP, which contains Employee show/create/update as like ByDesign. Now I provide a REST webservice from my PHP application.
For Exam (my API rest url): www.sankaran.com/api/employee
How to create Webservice in ByD and communicate with Given REST webservice.?
My Need: If I create any employee data in my PHP application, It automatically store in ByD employee database. vice versa if I Create in ByD, data automatically pull to PHP application. this scenario for all creation, updation.

User authorization for ZReports, Plant Specific
We have Created a ZReport for Invoice wise Sales Detail. In Input Parameter we have Plant. Currently Every User can See that report but now we require to limit the access of Users as per region of Plant.
E.g. - I have 3 Plants in 3 different states (Region) Delhi (D100), Mumbai (M100), Chennai (C100) .
Currently User (USER ID - USER D1 or USER D2) from a Delhi can Run the Report and Put the Plant Mumbai Plant M100 and see the Report but he not suppose to see as USER D1 Belongs to Delhi Region and System Should Allowed him to see the results of related to Mumbai Plant.
how to achieve it ? Do we required Basis-Security consultant also to achieve it or It can be done through ABAP route with help User-Exit. If Yes, Than Which User Exit we need to use ?
