Loading from BODSto SAP takes more time
Hi everyone,
BODS Job takes more time and consumes more memory for loading into SAP.
Data is loaded to SAP tables but the BODS Job is still running and it is never ending.
What could be the potential issue causing this ? Any idea?

Field value blank in Delta
Hi All,
I have a custom data source based out of a Ztable. The delta is enabled based on a time.The table has all the fields populated. When i run a delta, the records are retrieved, but the indicator field is blank. When i run a full load for same, the values are populating. Please advise.

OII timeout issue
Hi experts,
I need your help to identify the root cause for this sporadic failure in our BCM 6.0.11 / CRM 7 Ehp2 enviroment.
We´re using phone integration only.
Operator direct calls are handled via BCM CDT / Queue calls via CRM UI phone bar.
OII.Afterwork is set to 1
Normal procedure:
In CRM the agent clicks "Hang Up" to end a call and "End" to end the afterwork.
The status switches to "Ready" again.
Procedure in case of failure:
In CRM the agent clicks "Hang Up" but the UI keeps showing the connected call and keeps counting the time.
Clicking "End" has no effect.
The status is CDT works fine in both cases - the call ends and the status changes to "Afterwork".
The CRM webpage has to be refreshed to get it working again.

When the error occurs the OII log shows timeouts like this (all over 100000 ms):

SAP already checked OII logs / ICI traces and suggested to check the network between both systems, but the network connection is fine.
On CRM side the collegues haven´t found any errors at all.
This is a normal OII status line:

Using OData custom query options (URL parameters) in Gateway
Hi,
I created a CDS view with explicitly defined parameters and generated a Gateway OData service on top using SADL. Now I want to use OData custom query options to map them to the CDS parameters. I'm quite sure that this will not work automatically.
I'm already able to set the CDS parameters in the OData service DPC_EXT class manually, using the method if_sadl_gw_query_control~set_query_options.

However, I want to use custom query options (URL parameters) and want to map them to CDS parameters within the DPC_EXT class.
The URL looks like:

Unfortunately, these custom query options are obviously not parsed by Gateway. I can't find them anywhere in the data structures of MR_REQUEST_DETAILS or MO_CONTEXT. Fields like PARAMETERS, MT_PARAMETERS or URI_PARAMETERS are empty or containing other stuff. The custom query options only appear in the ~request_uri header parameter in a non-parsed way like
....?param1=1¶m2=2¶m3=3.... [figure01]
Of course I can parse the query string myself but I believe there must be an other way to access them. However, I also read in a SCN post from 2012, that SAP doesn't support this aspect of the OData standard. Is this still true?

He used Component.js and seeing your view as view.Main I assume you don't.
Look if your view are all being called correctly or try to implement a root view called by a component.

PO workflow issue
Hello,
Our PO release strategy is based on cost center validation. The relationship between the cost centers and the approvers is defined in a specific table.
I have an issue with a PO validation. In the transaction ME29N, I can see a warning messagein the "Release strategy" tab showing "Release possible".
According to the user, the PO validation wasn't able to find the approver email.
How can I have more information on the issue ? I have found the SWIA transaction where I have checked the worfklow logs for the 4 worfklow ids related to the PO. In the third workflow log, I have found the following error message : "PO Rejected XXXXXXXX Release Code XX".
Where XXXXXX is my PO number and XX the release code of the approver.
The release code is the same as the approver release code where the PO is blocked. (I have found the approver release code through the following SPRO path : Materials Management > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Release Procedure for Purchase Orders > Define Release Procedure for Purchase Orders).
Where can I find further information about this error message ? Is there any other screen or transaction where I can see the rootcause ?

You could try this out - I tested out your sample and it seemed to work ok but I couldn't promise it covers all the possibilities. The one key thing to mention is there is one context adjustment for EXIDV on the exists function to set it to the next highest level of E1EDT37. See below for the screenshot:

How do I get data from an htmlb table clicked row using javascript?
I am using a htmlb tableview and trying to get each columns information from the selected row in the table. I know how to do this in java through the selected row and the model but I am trying to avoid the round trip to the server and would like to get it using javascript. I have been able to get the selected key by using: getClickedRowKey() but I need to get data from 4 other fields. Is there any way to get the model so I can retrieve the information or is there another way? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The best solution I have at the moment is to overload the key with extra information and parse it out in the javascript. Seems like there should be a better method of extracting an htmlb's table information.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
