If you don't need the countries data in CRM or ECC, of course you don't need to maintain it.
Just, please make sure the transactions which is using the un-maintained countries will not be replicated to the system.
And yes, it is recommended to load in ECC and CRM at the same time.

I would like to seek inputs on how you may have handled vendors in different countries in SAP.
For example, we deal with vendor ABC in country X and also vendor ABC in country Y. It is preferred to use 1 vendor code? What if the mailing address, contact details are different (vendor master general segment)?

Hi friends,
I have an issue with payslip. All earning wage types & deduction wage types are showing correct and even total amounts are correct. But two deduction wage types are getting added to net pay (take home pay). PF,PTAX & INCOMETAX wage type amounts are not adding to net pay. Only custom wage type deductions (like IT14,IT45 etc..)
Can any one of you please suggest me how to resolve?

For this you have to write a logic in order to get the attachments from the GOS.
Option A : If you are able to get the attachment to workflow. You can use task gateway service, and append following URL at the end of the service URL.
Option B : You should also know, where is the attachment stored when you add any attachments from SAP GUI.( Sometimes customizations are done, to save attachments to DMS, In that case you need to get data from DMS to ECC, and then you can write logic accordingly.
Best example on retrieving the attachments from GOS, would be Approve Purchase orders standard app. Please check the attachment logic written in the code, and implement accordingly.
You should check CREATE_STREAM, GET_STREAM methods as explained here:

1. the confirmation key will be cleared
2. the whole confirmation tab will be grey out
