一般情况下，BusinessObjects Enterprise XIR2 / XI3.1 在权限设置上跟 BI4.x 有很大的差别，所以不同版本之间的权限传输可能会发生权限丢失的问题。如果发生权限丢失，那就需要在目标系统 BI 4.x 上重新进行权限设置。
不过因为不清楚您具体进行了什么样的权限设置，如果您方便提供更详细的信息给我的话，我也可以继续帮您调查。

I have had this challenge for a couple of years already and I am assuming that other mid-size implementations have this as well.
Problem description:
Based on the functional area and entity defined in a given role, it is always possible to assign a number of users in SAP. However, in mid-size organization, maintenance of several roles with identical transaction assignments is a significant challenge. I initially thought that it might be possible to assign the restrictions based on profile parameters. However, this doesn't seem to be effective.
As an example, if I have 5 regional controllers (all having same t-codes), I would have preferred to create one role Z_RG_FI_CONTROLLER and assign the users to the role above. While creating/updating the user account(s), I would have assigned the BUKRS to the relevant users (0011, 0012, 0013, etc). Please note that I am not interested in creating Z_0011_FI_CONTROLLER, Z_0012_FI_CONTROLLER, Z_0013_FI_CONTROLLER etc.
I tried searching for notes but it seems we don't have any solutions in the space. Would anyone know of options to solve the challenge above?

I installed SAP BusinessObject BI 4.1 SP1 from market place as a free trail version. I am trying to login to CMC with administrator as user name and my password with Enterprise credentials, am getting following error - Account information not recognised Enterprise authentication could not log you on (FWB 00008). After which I tried to login without a password and gives following error: -
error in com.crystaldecisions.celib.properties.Property.getPropertyBag() of an object loaded from local variable 'Usage property'
In the central configuration manager both Tomcat and SIA are running but BW publisher services not running.

Other things we would test to nail down the issue is, try to open the Launchpad URL Directly on your mobile device connected to your corporate network. See if it works on browser. If its working then we have to look at the client configurations or launchpad configurations.
Some of the corporate network does allow mobile devices to connect to ERP System or ports would have been blocked. We may have to test this.
Please share the URL format that you are testing and also please confirm if you have any reverse proxy or web-dispatcher setup in your DMZ.
Is it working on other devices? or is it only one device that have an issue with? iOS or Android? Have you updated the Fiori Client?

Using the colon authorization will definitely grant the user to see all values from all PLANTS..What plant is he allowed?
You said that CUSTOMER_AGING report is not working if ZPLANT_AGGR is not assigned to him..What is the error? Can you check it in SU53? Or can you debug his account in RSECADMIN to check the error and post here?

This is Xingtian from the PAL team. HCP currenlty replies on HANA rev8x. From HANA SPS09, the restriction is no longer there and new wrapper create procedure is introduced. Please see the Note 2046767 if you are interested. Of course, backward compatibility is supported and you will access to it after HCP is upgraded to rev9x.

As Tobias said, there is a good chance the application will work regardless of the failed ping. This was the case in my example about SMS gateway. Even though the "check connection" failed, the service worked fine when called from the code.

Would you please check if standard admin role is assigned to this user?
If not, please assign /sapsrm/administrator role to user and retest.
Usually in the Menu tab for this role, it will have one Node such as 'Shopping Cart', and double click it, and you will see its OBN assigned as :

From my understanding, SAP WEB IDE helps to develop Fiori/UI5 apps much faster without the need of installation and other hassles. It provides WYSIWYG concept and drag and drop options, collaborative approach among the developers with Git.
This would be a cloud based solution and developers will follow the standard approach of coding, WebIDE provides all the options to develop like split app, full screen etc.. which I am sure you are aware of. Other important thing to note: sap has stopped the release on SAP UI5 Toolkit and is promoting WebIDE. They have deprecated the toolkit approach. Not able to find that blog on this information.

It stated that it is standard behavior to check the account assignment although this account not involved in invoice.

in standard SAP storage type 100 is for production supply area from where the consumption takes place. In your thread you mentioned that you are doing delivery creation for sales order ideally you are not supposed to pick the stock which is placed for consumption for production team. It looks like either your system is not configured properly. My suggestion is
1) You need to relook your organization structure
2) Check the storage type search for operation "A" in LE---WM---Strategies---Define storage type search
3) Discuss with your business whether business is okey with the removal of stock from storage type 100 (as this is placed for production order ) if yes then what will happen to production order how the consumption will take place at line side

Objetivo: Definir restrições de lançamentos no SAP Business One conforme o status definido para o período de lançamento e de acordo com as autorizações do usuário.
Em => Administração\Inicialização do sistema\Período de lançamento é possível definir diferentes "status" para os períodos de lançamentos contábeis. Cada status indica que transações e documentos podem ser lançados dentro do intervalo de datas de cada período contábil.
Desbloqueado: Todos os tipos de transações e documentos
Desbloqueado Exceto Vendas: Todos os tipos de transações e documentos, exceto os documentos do módulo Vendas C/R.
Encerramento de período: Usuários com autorização para encerramento de período podem lançar todos os tipos de transações e documentos.
Bloqueado Não é possível lançar transações nem documentos.
Arquivado Não é possível lançar transações nem documentos. Este status foi atribuído automaticamente pelo assistente de arquivo de dados.
Em => Administração\Inicialização do sistema\Autorizações\Autorizações geraisé possível definir as autorizações para determinado usuário.
Dentro do "grupo de assuntos" Geral, localizar as opções:
1. Status do período: desbloqueado fora de vendas
2. Status do período: período de encerramento
Para ambas as opções definir uma das duas opções válidas: "Autorização total" ou "Sem autorização", conforme as necessidades da empresa.
Após "Atualizar" as novas permissões foram definidas e a partir do próximo logon do usuário as permissões serão aplicadas.
