This would require some investigation into how the workflow is setup in your system. I think it would be best to raise a message with SAP and attach the XPDL and the debug logs for when the issue occurred.

My machine is an actual HANA blade (slightly aged): Xeon X7560 @ 2.27GHZ, 256GB. For me SP08 was running fine on rev 83 after coming from 74.04. Did my upgrade directly to 91 for this environment.

Accounting document from Billing Number
Dear All,
trust you all are doing great. I need some little help on a issue i am stuck. Basically I have to extract accounting document numbers from BKPF table by taking reference number from VBAK. Now the problem I am facing is that the number of record in terms of reference numbers that are coming from VBAK is so high (eg 13000 records) that when it hits the BKPF table, the program hangs.
Is there any alternative I can use to identify the accounting document number from billing document number ? is there any field in billing where accounting doc is updated ?

Hello,
Our employee's NY01 (New York City) taxable amount is incorrect on her W-2. We are unable to successfully correct or update the employee's W-2 either through YANA in IT0221 or PU19 Manual Entry. Cluster reflects correct amount but box 18 of the employee's W-2 is incorrect. Note below is specific to our problem but is not released.
Any suggestions?

Re: LSO : "Content type" not found during Create Course type
When I open AE, I get the following screen:
The Dialog box, asks for the login into ECC to retrieve the info about CMS location.
Once you log in, you can verify the location of the CMS in the Tools > Configuration > Repository tab
you should see the following:
Root folder: you setup this one when you initially install AE. It can be changed when you want.
Server URL: this is the location of CMS that is fetched from ECC
Next, you need to connect to the Repository Explorer via Tools > Repository Explorer
Click on Connect, then you ask asked to log into the CMS and enter credentials. ( I use two different login, you can create the same user ID for login into ECC and CMS in different system and assign appropriate roles too)
Once you connect to the CMS, you can release and publish your changes from local drive to the CMS.
Once the content is available in Master Repository (CMS) you can check it with LSO_PUBLISHER and create the course out of it.
Opening AE through LAS.BAT is fine. This file sets variables and paths to java directory, It open the java application.
I open AE through LAS.bat as well so that should be fine on our side.

Never mind I just talked to our ABAP programmer whom had this to say below so I have to eat crow so to speak;
We initially faced an ABAP limitation that doesn't allow an external data source with a cluster table. However, this is no longer a limitation because it can be coded around by constructing the query as a string rather than as an ABAP command.

Connecting ASE to the SCC or COCKPIT web application

I have our IQ servers connected to the SCC.
I was wondering can the same SCC be used for ASE servers also?
Do I have to configure anything in ASE other than Monitoring?
IQ was easy ASE does not seem to have anything open for remote SCC/COCKPIT

Instead of analyzing the "raw data" of table rsddstat_olap I suggest to use the Technical Content (BW Statistics) in a proper way. There are a lot of analysis scenarios predefined. Or use t/code ST03N (BI Workload), very convenient in my opinion.

Depreciation inflation area for non leading ledger -J1AI-
Hi,
I need to set a depreciation inflation area for local rules (non leading ledger) in order to run Ts code J1AI. I am working with new gl (leading-non leading ledgers), so I have the following scenario:
01-IFRS area - Ledger 0L- Indicador post 0
02- Local area Historical values - Ledger L1- Indicador post 3
03- Local area inflation values -Ledger L1- Indicator post 3
04- Difference local and IFRS -Ledger L1- Indicator post 6 ( difference between 01 and 02, 03)
I have doubts with the inflation depreciation area. Do you think the Ts J1AI is going to work with this indicador post and post only in ledger 03?
I usually set the inflation area with indicator posting '0', but in this case I am going to work with non leading ledger and derived depreciation areas.
Anyone works with inflation (J1AI) and non leading ledger?
