for mail triggering you have to take the abaper help for running the daily job for checking the remainder date from the IT 0019 and remainder is today then mail has to send to the specific person.

I would suggest you to use the cloud version of SAP Web IDE instead of local installation since the updates to local installation will not be quick when compared to cloud version. Ex. the hybrid toolkit is not available for local installation now, so you can't develop hybrid apps using local installation of Web IDE.

Or you can also create your own from Scratch...as COPA is always Custmoized.

There is no Business Content for CO-PA, only a demo InfoCube. The reason is that you can customize CO-PA with your own Characteristics and Value Field (i.e. Key Figures).
However, you can generate your own DataSource; go to the BW IMG: t/code SBIW.
Although I don't have a system in front of me right now, the menu path is something like: Plug-in > Controlling > Profitability Analysis.
Here you can click on the various Help icons next to the menu nodes to get on-line help.
In the end you are able to generate a CO-PA DataSource which starts with 1CO_PA.
Of course you can reuse existing Characteristics (e.g. 0MATERIAL, 0SOLD_TO) but with Key Figures very often you will have to create custom Key Figures.

when i have situation of locking user - i need to restart the java application to release this lock.
my question is if there is a way to refreshed users in java portal instead of restart the java instance.

Currently what is your source HANA version? You may need to check your delivery unit archive format, which should not be of a higher format version than you used for your HANA installation.
You may refer the note: 1984354 - Import of a Delivery Unit fails due to incompatible archive format version
Also you can have a look on the note : 1830600 - Import of delivery units failed / Cannot resume broken upgrade when doing the followup upgrade

Yes we have setup SSO and it's working fine.
The problem appears when this SSO mechanism does not work when we are scheduling crystal reports and publications.
So yes I know in 3.1 SNC was the solution for this. But on 4.1, setting up SNC causes the SSO using sap assertion tickets to break.

Some of your plug-in seems to be not up-to-dated; and other plug-in requires newer version of another ones.
My advice to you:
You need dowload eclipse once more.
and install software from SAP Development Tools for Eclipse
via eclipse: Help -> Install New Software
in filed work with enter: https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/kepler
(or luna) as you wish
It is guarantee that you will have up-to-dated plugins.
It will save your time if you will try to check version if every plug-in.
also you need to install graphiti plug ins
org.eclipse.graphiti
and you need to change Java Version in eclipse via:
window -> Preferences -> Java -> Compliler -> Compiler compliance level -> should be 1.6
