Dear All,
I want to add a single item in large number of BOMS in mass with same qty at last line number of all corresponding BOMS and last line number can be different for all BOMS.I am not able to it by CEWB.CS perhaps will not serve purpose as it is needed to be added in last line of all corresponding BOMS.

Following your recommendation to Mownesh, I cannot see the IBP section in the SP & Patches. I guess this has been moved away.
Any further idea to get this add-in in relation to IBP4.0, so that I can avoid flying in Citrix to get an Excel properly set, and better run my own Excel on my PC.

Hi Yadav,
The system will post to the transaction key 'UMB' not to 'PRD'. The transaction key PRD will affect when the stock is not available partially or fully with invoice quantity. In your case the material will have sufficient stock. So, you have to change the GL accounts for transaction key UMB as 470100 or unblock the GL.

Question no. 8.
For MTO materials sale orders have to be costed every time a new sale order is raised although the material was costed initially.
Shown below is one such example . The same material is having to be costed each time a new sale order is raised , order quantity being the only variance.
This is a collosal waste of time and redundant activity.
It is merely the sale order quantity that keeps varying every time and not the BOM.
Such being the case we need to look at how this can be automated rather than manual costing each time a new sale order is raised, when there has not been any change in BOM.
Proposed:
We need to put in place a system such that -
1.Only those MTO materials that have new BOM/Routing should come for manual costing.
2.After being costed the first time, subsequent sale orders should be costed without manual intervention provided
A) there is no change in BOM/Routing from the date of previous costing
B) the increase/decrease in per unit standard cost over the previous standard cost is within a defined % (say 20%).

· MDM workflow Add-on allows MDM users to edit a workflow using Microsoft Visio Application.
· It is part of Data Manager Installation.
· It is being loaded by Data Manager when choosing to edit the workflow.
· It is compatible only at patch level of MDM since it access MDM repository data.
· Usually, the installation of Data Manager sets the required registry keys to enable it to load the workflow add-on successfully.
· In case you need to work with more than one Data Manager and edit workflow in more than one version the following information is essential:
MDM Data Manager looks for the following registry keys when clicking to edit a workflow:
1. Value "VSL Path" in key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SAP\MDM 7.1\Client\Workflow" – It points to the exact location of MDM workflow add-on. Data Manager uses this information to set the appropriate keys in registry to enable Visio application loading the correct MDM workflow add-on.
2. Value "Update Visio" in key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAP\MDM 7.1\Client\Workflow.
Setting True value for this parameter (default) will cause Data Manager to set the location of workflow plug-in registry value of "VSL Path".
Therfore, You cannot work with MDM workflow Add-on at the same time for different Data Manager installed in diffrent directory paths.
Solution:
You can change the Data Manager path in the registry as follows:
VSL Path REG_ZS C:\MDM\Data Manager
Workflow Enabled REG_ZS True
You can do that by setting Workflow Key in the registry saving each time a different set up and then Export the key to your local dirctory with different file name.
ruuning the regedit command with switch S (I think...check this in the web) and the file name will update the registry accordingly.
since usually this is done once in a while, thus is a fair solution.

We are using BCS in EHP 7.0. i am trying to carry forward the open items with FMJ2 and Availability control is "Update without check". When i execute the transaction, system is carryforwarding to next year without any errors.
How ever, if i see the availability report FMAVCR01 for 2015-
Budget for 2015 is 0 - Consumable budget - 0, Consumed Budget is 20000$ and available amount is -20000$.
Where if i add the budget for 2015 of 50000$, then consumable budget - 50000, Consumed is 20000 and available amount is 30000$. it is consuming from current year.
Please help me on this.
