Have you considered making a single PO for the vendor then create multiple line items per shipment? Then place the shipment cost document under the Reqmt No. field (BEDNR) for tracking purposes.

BI4.1 Customizing the home page
Hello Experts,
We have SAP BI4.1 SP01 with Tomcat 7 on Windows Server 2008 R2.
I need to customize the BILaunchPad's home page and I have been trying to find where do I make changes so that it reflects on the HOME page just below the " | Home | Documents | ".
So, basically when we launch BILaunchPad it takes to the home page..there are 5 sections on the home page; My recently viewed documents, message in my inbox, recent run documents, alerts and my applications. I need to replace all these with a custom made page.. Where can I find this frame?
I have already looked into the SAP's customization document and Christina Obry's article on Branding and Theming of BI LaunchPad, but couldn't find any answer
Any ideas?

Add Query does not open any dialog box
Hello All,
We are using Business Objects Dashboard with version attached in snapshot. While creating a new blank dashboard clicking on "Add Query" Option does not open any window. Is this bug or licensing issue? Do I need to install any patch to fix this issue? We also have designer tool and issue with that is after opening it throws error that license key not found. Please help me fixing this issue.

To give you an idea how this error occurs, you use field F_181 on a certain formula and your formula is on the other Field Area which the printing sequence the formula field area is the first to be printed: For example formula field is on Header Area and Field F_181 is on End of Report.
Formula field and Field F_181 should be on same area or F_181 should be the first to be generated.

Boy.. that is going back... from memory, a library was used to basically save the state of web items so that they could be reused by other web templates .eg. you can spend a considerable amount of time configuring charts to look exactly how you want it to look. Once this was done, you could save these specific charts into a "library" and it was available in the WAD under the library tab (under the web item pane on left). So, if you launch WAD 3.x, click on the Library tab and see what's there...
I believe this feature disappears in WAD 7.x and is replaced by the "Reusable web items" tab, thus the need to migrate them first. There are ABAP reports you can run : RSZW_ITEM_MIGRATION_3X_TO_70 (using simulation mode) that should tell you if you need to clean this up.
