Hi,
We are starting using SRM checking the budget at SC and as far as we found the commitment data is taken from the user information at organizational level as the purchasing organization data, is it right?, if so the security in order to check that a user doesn't use budget from another fund or another fund center is taken from there too?.

I'm having a similar issue. Till morning , I was using Windows 7 -64 bit with Office 2013 64 bit , the Analysis 64 bit addin was working perfectly fine...
But, when I installed BO Analysis 1.4 64 bit with latest SP 0.7 in Windows 8.1 64 bit with office 2013 64 bit, the analysis is getting crashed when i open the query..
Did you find a solution for this issue ?.
I'm thinking to raise a message to SAP on this.

Hi ,
New multi-resource scheduling heuristic (SAP_MULT_SCH) , Help of SAP not very clear if can use this heuristic only In process industry or can be used also in Discrete Manufacturing ?? as they put this new feature under Production Planning for Process Industry - Continuous Production in Process Industries - Multi-Resource Scheduling Heuristic.
Also I need to Know if this heuristic can be used in Production Planning Run CDPSB0 ?
Any SAP Document can confirm this info , or SAP restriction for this Heuristic ?
We need to upgrade and I need to be sure for some information.

Ganesh, the problem is i don't know how to give reference to the material. see you are right that i need to somehow tell the system to do this.
Company Code Plant Material Price Units Formula (Price * Units)
COMP1 KOR 101 100 100 1,000
COMP1 KOR 102 200 100 2,000
PRICE * UNITS for each material then add them up and give me the totals by company code.
right now
it is like this
PRICE + Price = something
Unit * Unit = Some thing
Something*Something = total.
It i simply taking what ever is in the column and then multiplying them together. which is wrong.

All additional costs are added to Additional cost field regardless of direct or indirect labour cost.
Further there is no total cost filed in standard production order to compare with additional cost.
There is no standard to query to meet your purpose. But you can query those standard cost field.

In the next scenary, wich type currency do you recommend to use:
Scenary
- 10 company codes in three different countries with different local currencies
- The hard currency of three is USD.
I should configure:
1° OPTION
- Company code -
- 1st local currency:
- Currency Type: 10 Company code currency
- Currency: the corresponding with the country
- 2nd local currency:
- Currency Type: 40 Hard Currency
- Currency: USD
- 1st local currency:
- Controlling area - Currency Type: 40 Hard Currency
2° OPTION
- Company code -
- 1st local currency:
- Currency Type: 10 Company code currency
- Currency: the corresponding with the country

I am running the report in Inofivew and rich client (bo 3.1),both the places i am getting same error,
i am getting for only one report that is based on one universe
my requirement is 16 objects ,for first 3 objects i am not geting that error,remain 13 if i try to add them i am getting that error.For all the users .
universe level no loops are there.
i ran the check integrity also ok.
i asked my tl he told that is query issues at webi, sql query is fine in webi.
when i run the report its asking context,once i select the context, agian its asking next contest
Could please help me, if i dont do this by monday,i may lose my job.Could you please provide me your cell number i will call, my number is 9677078798.

Re: Running total as alphabets
Is there a particular reason why you're using running totals instead of summaries?
Try this:
1. Group by Title.
2.. Group by Option.
3. Create a summary at the Option level that will count/sum whatever you need.
4. Create a summary at the Title level that will count/sum whatever you need.
If you need to continue to use the running totals, you'll need to create a second one to do the running total by option - have it reset on change of the option group.

Date field not working like a date field
We have quite a few date objects in the Universe but only some seem to function as a date field whereas some do not.
The easiest way to tell whether a date field is functioning as a date field seems to be to add the date fields as a filter in a query. If it is a proper date field a Calendar option appears. If it is not, no Calendar option appears.
In the screenshot below, the Latest Approved Date functions like a proper date object and shows a calendar option. The other field does not even though it is a date field too.
I'm checking with this forum as the Universe designer didn't have any answer for this.

There are so many previous postings in this forum on exactly this topic. Please search and check to see if those give you sufficient clues.
Otherwise please advise what steps you have already taken to set up the system.
Importantly, have you yet transferred anything else from ERP to GTS, or is this the very first transfer (that's to say, is it possible that the basic communication is not yet established between the two systems?

SOLMAN 7.1 ITSM incident status table
Hi,
I am trying to query report to get incident information using SQVI. How do I get current status of an incident. I pulled data from table CRM_JCDS and CRM_JEST but these tables brought all history of an incident like when an set to NEW, when it changed to IN PROCESS, when it goes in an CONFIRMED.
I need only current status of an incident. How do I do that in SQVI.

I beleive that the HP transform will only take an update and create update and insert
you will need to use map operation to splitout the delete record from TC and convert to create update/insert for your target table if you want to keep that record and set with enddate and active = 'N'

do lado esquerdo está no sp17 (ambiente DEV) , lado direito sp15 (Ambiente QAS).
reparei que está faltando um trecho de código...
Alguém passou por este problema no monitor de lista e download?
