Lets say you have created the Rule for Base Entitlement as below from the path
Time Management -> Time Data Recording and Administration -> Managing Time Accounts Using Attendance/Absence Quotas -> Calculating Absence Entitlements -> Rules for Generating Absence Quotas -> Set Base Entitlements
Now, this rule will have to be assgined under the Base Entitlement tab of table T559L.

FEBA is not used for importing lockbox files. Use T-code FLB2 for uploading lockbox and FLB1 for post processing function.
Here accounting entry will be
Lock Box Clearing account
To Bank Clearing account
And
Bank Clearing Account
To Customer account
Once you upload EBS(Electronic Bank Statement) file into SAP then entry will be as below.
Main bank account
To Lock Box clearing account

From what we understand from our BI lead, this is for end user training.
What he wants is that the end users should be able to make a copy of existing queries and create new queries. We cannot ask the users to follow a certain naming convention. Is there a work around for this problem.

The material reservations are clearly being displayed in your availability check, I would say that they are definitely being considered when the system performs the availability check.
You did not confirm my statement about supply elements other than stock (e.g. purchase orders, production orders, etc etc).
I believe you omitted the 'scope of check' screen shot that I asked for.

Looking over the information above, I think in order for an operation to be used in a rule, it must exist in the table T52BO. In looking at the contents of the table, the ZERO operation does not exist which means it can not be used unless we can get it into the T52BO table.

You are correct in stating that cloud is not nearly as complex as CRM OP and there is no plan to build in that complexity. For customers that require both you will need to look at what really makes sense. I think cloud now supports some custom transaction type.
The way is works is that transactions such as leads, activities, opportunities are mapped to transaction types in CRM. You can change this in the code list mapping. If you need to do something complex like determination rules on which transaction type to use this could be added to the middleware, or you could do something OP for this.
Base integration to CRM OP is possible, but if you have really complex CRM OP processes, you need to look at who really are the cloud users and what to they need. At ASUG this week Pall corporation said they have only outside sales using C4C, inside use CRM OP. Most of their outside sales reps use iPads so everything is very simple for them, complexity is hidden from them. Lennox also did a session, they also integrate with CRM. They said to start by crawling, walking, running - so start the cloud with the basic info your sales reps need and slowly add more over time.

Please note that this is the relevant service in your case, since the issue is in the RELEASE instead of RECORD service. To do this, you need to create a class that implements the IF_XSS_SER_PROXY_SERVICE interface, otherwise you need to keep the field empty. Remove the proxy class CL_XSS_CAT_1_AREA_PAGE reference in T7XSSSERSRV for ReleaseWorkTime05 and it ll work fine. Please ensure the correct customistion is done for the release working time in the confirmation link ie V_T7XSSSERLNK Link List Key EMPLOYEE_TIMESHEET_RELEASE check the note 1340318

As far as 261 mvt are concern you can very much control this via Control cycle, and no need to adjust the negative and positive Quant system will automatically do this please have a look on the below steps
for eg.
Master data one time setup per material : Define the control cycle record using LPK1 and enter the Destination bin as a PSA Bin where u r transferring the stock as part of Step 1, Take the help from PP team to get the Production supply area
Transactional Data
Transfer the stock to PSA bin using BIN to Bin without considering the requirement before the start of the shift
At the line side operator consume the stock against any production order and pass the detail to system user and user post the detail using MIGO into SAP system, here i am trying to post the consumption against the first line item only

After last time we did need to do a point in time recovery a few transactions before the fatal stuff, it seems to be we are stuck at the same point:
